"As a child I would play music and listen to the radio in my bedroom and pretend I was the DJ or presenter - it is great to have fulfilled a childhood dream." Marcia Hines sang so well ‘Music is my life, my life is music’, this sums me up well. I have loved music from an early age. Some of my favourite bands include Pink Floyd, Bon Jovi, INXS, Pseudo Echo, Huey Lewis and the News, Daryl Braithwaite and Van Halen. My first ever album was Brian Ferry's 'Let's Stick Together' and my all-time favourite song is John Lennon’s ‘Imagine’. I enjoy gardening (have lots of rose bushes – I may need Cheralyn’s help) and catching up with friends on the weekends, BBQs, motorsports, NRL (go the Storm), spending time with my dogs (Monique, Remi and Ziggy) and dining out at new restaurants on the Coast. My normal Monday to Friday job is as a Spare Parts Manager in the Auto industry. The most famous person I have met is my idol Peter Brock. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to meet and lunch with him in 1994 in Bathurst – something I will never forget.
