Central Coast Men's Walk and Talk

The CENTRAL COAST MEN'S WALK & TALK is a group of men who meet and support each other on Thursday evenings at Tuggerawong.
Men's mental health struggles are common, but often go unspoken. These walks are designed to bring men together in a safe, supportive space, allowing them to connect, share their experiences and get active.
