COAST FM 963 kicks off the new year with a special month-long celebration of the biggest Australian chart hits of all time. “Certified Number Ones” dives into more than 40 years of Top 40 history from The Book of Top 40 Research by Jim Barnes and Steven Scanes, focusing on genuine Australian Number One songs spanning the 1960s through to the 1990s.

Artist of the Day - Terence Trent D'Arby
American singer-songwriter born March 15, 1962 in New York City as Terence Trent Howard. He later changed his identity to Sananda Francesco Maitreya, which is his legal name since 1995.
Since 2001 he has artistically adopted the name Sananda Maitreya as well.
